In deze sessie gaat hij dieper in op hoe de juridische systemen omgaan met crypto-misdaden\, met een specifieke focus op crypto-scams. Wat zijn de juridische instrumenten die beschikbaar zijn om fraudeurs aan te pakken? Hoe worden crypto-scams juridisch opgespoord en vervolgd? \nNet zoals de start van elke nieuwe technologie (het internet\, etc) heeft de opkomst van digitale valuta de wereld van het recht voor nieuwe uitdagingen geplaatst\, en het is essentieel voor iedere crypto-investeerder om te begrijpen hoe het juridische landschap zich ontwikkelt. \nTijdens de sessie behandelt Méhdi onder andere: \n– Welke juridische stappen worden ondernomen tegen crypto-scams? \n– Hoe kunnen investeerders zich beschermen tegen fraude? \n– Wat moet je weten over de wetgeving rondom crypto en de bestrijding van criminele activiteiten? \n– Hoe gaan advocaten en politie te werk om onderzoek te doen en daders op te sporen. \nEr zal ook aandacht gegeven worden aan de technische kant van crypto oplichtingen.
